Im an unlimited card holder of 6 years so visit the Cineworld Glasgow quite frequently. Overall i think the unlimited card is great value for money, the cinema is nice, clean, comfortable and the staff are pretty good (had a couple of occasions where i've not been impressed with staff, but nothing major)
Only issues i have:
One is a common complaint for unlimited card holders which is the not being able to pre book. It can be a total pain when u wanna see a new movie and you have to go early on the same day to hope u can get tickets to see it. I have written to cineworld about this and got what was a very obvious generic response stating there was not enough demand for the service, um i call b.s.!
As a huge fan of world cinema i wish they would show more foreign films that are available, and the ones they do, i wish they wouldnt just show them for like 3 days then remove it! i understand this is due to demand etc but i think with 18 screens avail they cld do this!
I HATE 3D so i wish they would offer more showings of 2D alternatives.
This is a generic one with all cinema snacks but the prices are shocking! I buy popcorn kernels and make my own popcorn at home, a huge bag of kernels costs like 1.50 so how can they justify like 4 quid for a small bag of the stuff?!
