“Deceptive Online Photos from treeclassics.com tree review”

My wife and I decided to go all out and buy a really nice Christmas tree. We were anxiously waiting for our $400 Christmas tree, because the pictures on their website make all their trees look full and realistic.
When it arrived at our house we immediately set it up so we could see our new tree that we were going to be so proud of. A tree that we would keep for years to come and our kids would love to decorate.
As we were setting it up, I kept thinking "something is not right"
When we were done it looked almost exactly like a tree we saw at Walmart for $150.
I immediately sent an email to their "support" department explaining that this is the wrong tree. After looking at the instructions, and seeing the model #, I realized the was the right tree.

The next day we received a response explaining that we had to pay for shipping back and a 10% restocking fee. No explanation, no phone call to see what was wrong. What a joke. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. I am sure some of you are saying "you should have read the return policy" and you're right. I am spoiled from shopping at Amazon. I should have known better.

Do yourself a favor and get real reviews because the reviews on their website have to be FAKE. There should be a law against this.
