Poor service from Virginia Hayward- would not recommend sending hampers to clients or abroad. The ordering was a difficult process with many wasted phone calls spent on retrieving the VAT receipt and tracking information for those gifts sent abroad. Post delivery it has come to light many respondents were unsure of the sender. With individual personalised messages written for each client and sent in Virginia Hayward this was not expected. Further time was spent contacting our client to see whether their package was actually received and clarifying us as the sender. Very unorganised and dissappointing service and would encourage interested customers to think before spending costly hampers from this website.
