Yes I did shout. I ordered a hamper for this Christmas for a friend. I got to the end of the whole process and was convinced I had ordered it but something went wrong. I knew nothing of this until I received an e-mail telling me my order had not completed. I contacted them by reply and within a day they had found my order and dispatched it. Excellent customer service.
