My agent is refusing to give me my vouchers rang park several times and all they have suggested us ringing the agent I'm no further on its a case of had your money we don't care I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone I gave small children and vouchers are for there Christmas presents and I've missed the deals I needed , I paid in full in September and just being messed about never mind stress less Christmas mine is the complete opposite no support from park what's so ever I intend to sent a complaint to head office and local papers
