We ordered a deluxe Xmas wicker hamper well in advance to be delivered to our family in the UK (we are overseas).
We received a notification that the hamper had been delivered earlier than requested, but didn't think much of it.
When speaking to our family in the UK, we discovered that they had not received the hamper. It was now well overdue and just a few days until Xmas.
We tried every means possible to contact ihampers to find out what was happening, even phoning from overseas. The response we got was the same email delivery notification.
Xmas came and went. We continued to email them endlessly to cancel the order and to obtain a refund. Still no response.
Eventually the Xmas hamper was delivered mid-January! By that stage we did not want the hamper, but they insisted on delivering it rather than refunding us. Their explanation was that the hamper had been left at their premises and was never dispatched!
Never again! They are not to be trusted and they are impossible to contact! I am amazed that they won the he Queen's Award for Enterprise 2012!
