We ordered 3 items from I-hampers and selected delivery dates for each of these gifts. On each of the selected dates none of the gifts had arrived. One arrived 1 day late, and the 2 others a considerable time later when the recipients had left for their Christmas breaks. I phoned I-Hampers on Christmas Eve (1 item had arrived at this stage) and was told that I would receive compensation - No surprise that nothing has arrived and as other reviews the phone line goes dead and no e-mails are replied to. Looking at other reviews I am considering myself lucky the items arrived at all !!
