I also am still waiting for a hamper to be delivered to my mother in law in the UK. I am in the USA so ordered one for her and also one for my parents. My parents received theirs as promised on the 24th December. My mother in laws hamper shows allocated and still the 24th December delivery date. I have emailed them several times and have had no response. There is never anyone online to chat with!!!!! Absolutely diabolical company.
