Very disappointed that a wine hamper that I ordered for delivery in mid June June never turned up. I have been submitting emails and tickets to their support centre for 3 weeks now and the responses are awful. They even had the nerve to share a link to their courier service, which clearly shows the order has not been delivered (one month after it should have been). Why would they even do this.
I asked for a full refund just under a week ago, and now they have told me they will arrange for delivery! Please read my request iflorist! Their customer service is really really bad, and that is being nice.
I think I will have to lodge a payment dispute with my credit card company because I am banging my head against a brick wall with iflorist.
Do not use this company, I certainly won't be using them again!
