I ordered my hampers to be delivered christmas eve 2012and I am still waiting! I ordered in plenty of time and even paid extra delivery charges. Only half my hampers arrived on time the others never arrived and one delivered to the wrong address.
I have called and emailed this company and been promised delivery next day again this was back in January. Its now february 2013 and after another phonecall and a different person I was again promised delivery and still no christmas hampers. The staff never call back or respond to emails and I am still calling from Australia which is costing me a fortune to try and resolve this. Broken promises blaming it on couriers etc.

BEWARE I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!! I am out of pocket by over a 100 pounds up to this point.
