“Never delivered ”

Ordered 3 hampers on 7th December and still not delivered on 23rd January .
Very hard to talk to anyone as they dont have a phone number on there website. When i tried to contact i hampers through there chat on the website they did not answer as i was trying to make a complaint. I then contacted them using the chat the same day pretending to place an order they replied straight away. I eventually got hold of there number and they was very rude and have very poor customer service.NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN .
