Ordered a hamper on the 19th with it due to be delivered on the 21st as a Christmas present for a relative. It never arrived and I didn't receive any reply from ihamper/iflorist until the 10th January. They are now saying the item was delivered on 7th January even though it definitely hasn't and are refusing to provide proof of delivery and have refused point blank to give me a refund. This is FRAUD and I urge everyone to report this company to Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
