“Nothing Has arrived, no refund and no response to emails”

The worst company I have ever used. I believe they may have gone bust now. If not they soon will be. Nothing arrived, no response to 2 emails sent to their 'customer support' and no refund as requested.Don't even bother with these idiots.

You need to report them to Trading Standards, or the BBC watchdog, as you are not alone.
