“very poor service ”

The company I used to order the flowers were www(dot)ihampers(dot)co(dot)uk - I ordered a hamper and flowers to be delivered on the 19th December 2012. The hamper was delivered on the 14th December (great!)and the flowers were eventually delivered DEAD on the 31st December as they had been sitting at the Delivery Company's Outlet (Yodel) for almost 2 weeks!!!!!! The order no. for the flowers was 257511. I nhave treid in vain to contact both the delivery service and iHampers. No reply from either. ?
