I ordered on 01/12/12 so well in time for Xmas, to be delivered on the 7th so plenty of time and no delivery.
I managed to find a number and was told it was returned on the 12th. I was assured it would be re delivered. Still no joy.
I emailed and emailed and received 6 identical emails of their intention to re deliver as a gesture of good will.....what?
If you pay for something it isn't delivered out of good will!
I am now trying to get a refund and no answer by phone, the fax number does not exist and the online chat gives no answers and goes offline as soon as I get the response ' please give me a moment to find your answers' ...offline...
Avoid I hampers at all costs!
I will be contacting trading standards
I hold no hope of getting a hamper or refund
