Two hampers ordered for Christmas delivery, nothing delivered. Money was taken from my bank account immediately on December 17th for a December 21st delivery. Online and telephone customer service is completely useless with no response to enquiries. Not very hopeful about getting my money back but I will try.
I have successfully ordered hampers from this company in two previous years with no problems but with this year's experience and reading other reviews something seems to have gone horribly wrong with them this year.
I will not be giving them another chance and would recommend others to avoid this company completely.
