I ordered a hamper to be delivered to a friend who would be alone at Christmas , and it has never arrived. My friend was homeless last year, and has no family. I helped him get off the streets and this year, I really wanted to send him something to make Christmas a little less lonely & empty. I can't believe that they have ripped me off no let me and my friend down, when all I wanted was for him to have something nice on Christmas day. I dont have much mone myself, having been unemployed since October. I am so disappointed, and feel completely let down.
