We placed the order on the 10th December for delivery on 20th December. It is now Christmas Day and no hamper. We ordered from Trinidad and Tobago to our son in London. Can you imagine the disappointment all round. Ihampers customer service is the absolute pits. They dont care how many Christmas's they have ruined. I am thinking this is a big scam. One thing I have learned from this if you order online from a new company one should always read the reviews. If I had I would not have touched this company with a barge pole.
BE WARNED. Had anyone received refunds from this company???????
