I ordered 3 hampers as Christmas presents for family members. I then took a day off work on 21st December when they were meant to be delivered. No delivery. When I phoned them they said the order had been cancelled because it was a fraudulent credit card transaction. Utter rubbish. Why couldn't they have informed me so that I could go elswhere while there was still time?
