Ordered 2 hampers for delivery on 19th December. Received confirmation they were coming on 19th. Didn't come so contacted them on the phone and was told at this itme of year delays could be expected. receieved an email on 20th saying the hampers would be delivered on 19th (go figure that !) Asked to cancel the hampers as needed to be given as a gift by 20th and I would buy local instead. Told I couldn't cancel so, out of pocket , no hampers, no useful support staff to talk to. I wouldn't use these people again if you paid me.
