I used ihampers for the first time this year. I am in Australia so it was a good way to surprise my family. My chosen delivery date from their list was 20th Dec and I arranged to make sure someone would be home. Just heard from my family that the hamper has already been delivered a week early which is a little disappointing when it is a Christmas present. It was sheer luck that someone was home.Having read the reviews on line about non delivery I suppose I should be grateful.
On the plus side my family love the hamper so it seems a shame that their delivery service is letting them down.
