I think that most people only write reviews if they are unhappy so I thought I would let people know of a good experience with ihampers. I ordered three hampers two days ago on Mon 3rd Dec 2012 and selected delivery on 4th Dec (which I was surprised to see offered). My hampers did not arrive and in the evening I looked up reviews on ihampers and saw all the very negative reviews and started to worry. First thing this morning I phoned ihampers who apologised and explained there had been a delay with the couriers and they were out for delivery today. He gave me the tracking number so I could see for myself that they were with the couriers and about 2 hours later all three hampers were delivered by Yodel. I have also had my delivery charge refunded. I've knocked off one star as they arrived one day late, but, a happy customer!
