After at least 10 phone calls during Dec 11 and Jan 12 this morning (25th Jan 2012) I have been advised that the Hamper I had ordered on line back at the end of November 11 which was due for delivery on 17th Dec 11 was going to be delivered in the next few days, some 9 weeks after the due date!!! They will offer a £10.00 voucher for future spend! No senior member of staff wanted to call you back, the message was they were having problems with some deliveries, you certainly won't get any attention from the MD or any of his team. Clearly they do NOT stand by their 100% guarantee nor do they follow up complaints or have any customer care whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.
