For Christmas we ordered a luxury food tower as a special thank you for a friend who has helped us out in very difficult family circumstances. We were disappointed when it transpired a much smaller hamper had arrived for them. Although this was a mistake made by hampergifts, we called the company straightaway and they were very professional, polite and apologetic and sent the right gift as a priority. Mistakes do sometimes happen and it was refreshing to deal with a company which genuinely seems to care about the customer. Now the right hamper has arrived our friend is delighted!
