Purchased this as a birthday gift for my sister's 70th but arrived 3 days late. The items when eventually delivered were fine, but the issues here are that I spoke to Bradfords when it was clear the courier hadn't been to the correct address (no card left and my sister was at home before and after the advised delivery window)and I was told someone would call me back. This didn't happen and neither has there been any response to my later emails.
The courier company did eventually reply and apologised for both the delay in responding and the problems experienced. However, customer care from Bradfords has fallen far short of what should be expected - a shame, since the gift did seem to be of good quality.
