My mother had a problem with Thorntons Chocolate company's delivery. She ordered from the company website. She checked their web site, lots of options and chose several packages and placed her order.

They gave the order to a courier company who said that they just left it on the door step. We don't know; we never saw it, maybe kept the package.

Thorntons obviously did not send it in plain brown paper wrapping, but one with "Thorntons" all over it. So someone stole it.

She reported this and asked them to replace it; but got no response whatsoever, not even a "sorry but we don't care" note. So we will never do business with them again. It was really a stupid thing for them to ignore her because they lost potential repeat business and we will tell others not to buy from them.
