Everyone involved was so helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service. It was like American levels of customer service. Very impressed. It was so nice not have to organise anything nor have to do any of the cleaning up! You can just turn up, enjoy the party and just leave at the end. Thanks!

The crew from the Bubblescrew were amazing!! They organised the most beautiful event for my baby girls 1st birthday. The theme was unicorns, fairies, and princess. Everything was taken care for Is and we did not have to question his judgement even once. Great team and cannot fault them at all. We used bubble crew last week for my daughters 4th birthday - the person I dealt with and his colleagues were so organised and reassured me throughout. They addressed all my queries inadvance of the party, they liased with the venue regarding setting up and contacted me when they reached the venue. When I arrived everything was done. Entertainment, food and party bags were great. Worth every penny my daughter loved her party, made her feel so special - I definitely recommend them and will be using them again. This was the first time I had ever arranged a child's birthday party and I looked online for ideas. I found The Bubbles Crew and once I had contacted them, I knew I had found the right place. Whilst I am nervous about people/companies I don't know, they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout all their planning, communications and arrangements. They even took the venue keys from me so all I had to do was get my daughter ready for her much-anticipated party. Everything was totally taken care of.... the decoration, the food, the drink, and OMG, I must say something about the Pirate Entertainer. He was fabulous. I can't put it into words how amazing he was. He totally captivated all the children and even the parents were entranced. He made funny jokes, had puppets, props, magic... you name it... he entertained the children completely and he knew exactly what makes kiddies tick. He included them all in his entertaining and got them all involved. They were all creasing up with laughter from start to finish. The food was fantastic. The main fella created some fabulous food especially designed for the kids... with star, flower and heart shaped sandwiches, little sweets and treats, pizza slices and crisps galore. He even made adult type food with smoked salmon and savoury rolls and offered it round to all of the parents. They were astounded how well they were treated and it seemed it wasn't just about the kids !! I have never ever been to a child's party and been treated with fantastic service like this !! The most I have ever had at a child's party was some over-stewed and luke-warm tea!!! This was a truly amazing party and I will be using The Bubbles Crew from here on in. Many of the parents have been positively commenting on it. One person said "First Class".... and this sums it up very well .... Absolutely First Class.

I ordered 60 pre packed lunch boxes for my daughters 4th birthday party. They came in great condition- made to my request , with fresh ingredients. The staff were very helpful and regularly checked in with constant advice and tips to make sure the food stayed fresh.

I had a joint party for my daughter and niece and they had a fantastic time. The entertainer was amazing and kept the attention of about 35 children. Parents who stayed during the party asked what company we had used as they were very impressed. I will definitely recommend to anyone planning a party and use again myself in the future.I loved the fact there was a different variety of games plus balloon modelling which always goes down well with the kids!

We just came from our son's birthday party with Bubbles Crew. I would like to thank Bubbles Crew for the incredible support and help. All of the children had a lot of fun and all the parents commented on how well organised the party was. The entertainment could not be better. The children could not get enough of magic, dancing and games. The face painting also was a great hit with little faces, painted like a butterfly or Batman or Spider-Man, smiling all around. The food was freshly made and the cake was delicious. Overall I would highly recommend Bubbles Crew for your child's birthday party and will definitely use their services next year!

We booked The Bubbles Crew for our Family Christmas Party. Firstly the crew called me earlier in the day to let me know the arrival time - great service! Arrived on time if not early - was such a special party as we had chosen the Frozen theme. The live show and performances were truly magical and with the suprise addition of snow - the kids truly felt the magic of Christmas! We also had craft and a candy table full of deserts and sweets! As well as face painting which was the best I have seen! Thankyou Thomas for arranging such a memorable day and making our family Christmas extra festive. See you next year!

The best party entertainer I have ever used. I was initially worried as could not get hold of anyone by telephone, but hang in there because they do respond to emails, as they are a small company and certainly worth every penny. I would definitely use them again and would also recommend them to everyone I know. It was a back to basics party which had the kids (and the adults) laughing for 2 full hours. He was just amazing and a complete credit to the Bubbles Crew. My kids loved him.

I have attended a couple of parties and how they were ran was amazing. Interaction with the children & parents was brilliant. The smiles of all the children leaving at the end of the party showed how much they loved it. Fully recommended so if anyone is looking at where to go then this is the place to go!

Had Mr Bubbles for my son's second birthday 5 years ago and he was fantastic. Couldn't get him for subsequent parties because of availability so used other entertainers and was disappointed! Should have changed my dates to get Mr Bubbles. The entertainment from him was far superior and every parent who had been to the parties with and without him thought so too. Subsequently 5 years later, I have already booked Mr Bubbles in April for a party in August! In fact after the party with Mr Bubbles a parent at the party booked him straight after for her daughter's birthday. Yes she was that impressed. Their entertainment is really excellent and all the kids at your party will have an amazing time, fully occupied and engaged.

I found The Bubbles Crew online and booked them for my son's 5th birthday. They were absolutely fantastic. Totally professional and very talented. They really know their stuff and kept over 25 kids thoroughly transfixed for two hours which is no easy task. The parents enjoyed it too. And the music was good. They gave my son a CD and he hasn't stopped singing all their songs. I must admit I keep singing them too. I thoroughly recommend these guys. They're worth every penny. Can't think of anything I'd want them to do differently. They made my son's birthday perfect. giselle
