Wow, the 16 children were fully engaged throughout the entire 90 minutes. Absolutely fabulous for our twins 7th birthday party - perfect for both girls and boys. Something different! Didn't really get a chance to thank Mike. He cleared up and quietly slipped away. Thank you for engaging with both children and making their party special. (read more)

An absolutely fantastic party! It was highly entertaining and educational and I would not hesitate to recommend Sublime Science to anybody. Toxic Taherah was great with the kids and an excellent entertainer. She managed to keep 15 seven and eight year olds engaged for the whole hour. My daughter thought it was the best birthday party ever! She loved performing a few of the science activities on her own in front of the other children, as well as teaming up for activities that all the children... (read more)

We've already recommended to friends. Dealing with the office over the organisation of the party was nice and simple. The invitations were helpful as was the professionalism all round. We will look at using you again when the children are a couple of years older for more science fun. (read more)

The kids are still talking about that magic water trick nearly a week afterwards. Lots of parents made positive comments and they asked where I'd got your details as none of them had heard of a science party before. (read more)

Such a natural with the children in particular the younger ones. It brings the science across in such a fun manner but with keeping the children under control and entertained as well. My son was so excited to go into school on Monday morning and show his teacher his slime. (read more)

Having a female scientist to entertain our group of girls was much appreciated and the feedback has been really positive all round. High standards of professionalism and helpfulness all the way from our first enquiry to the party itself and even the followup. (read more)

It was my little boy's 7th birthday in December and I was looking for something special for his birthday party. As soon as I viewed the web site for Sublime Science, I knew that was just what I had found. The whole concept of this childrens entertainment was educational but not like being at school, fun and exciting. I can honestly say that I have never seen 19, 6 & 7 year olds sitting transfixed for an hour and half, never mind the 10 adults that sat, watched and got involved. The... (read more)

We booked this for our daughter's 6th birthday party but were a bit worried the kids might be a bit too young. No problem - they were enthralled for the full duration (1.5hrs). They loved the slime making, rockets and sweets. Only thing I would recommend is to get one or two parents involved to speed up and help with some of the activities. (read more)

We would like to thank Litmus Lizzie for a fabulous science party. There were 14 very excited 6 and 7 year old boys and girls who all had a wonderful time and are still talking about it in the play ground now. Lizzie handled the children very well and kept them interested and keen for a good hour and a quarter. I was amazed at how they were all taking in the facts that they were learning and were so keen to answer her questions and join in with the experiments - the slime making being the... (read more)

My daughter had her a sublime science party for her 8th birthday and its fair to say its the best one yet. Beth and Lucy were fantastic and kept the kids totally mesmerised (and the adults!!) It was hands on and fun and the rocket is well worth doing and the games were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this party, they did lots of experiments and explained what was happening. The kids made sweets and tested got involved in the different experiments, it truly was a superb party. My... (read more)

I run events to encourage girls into STEM (see above) and Mad Marc has been here 3 times to run the most fantastic workshops ever. He had the students in the palm of his hand right from the start and feedback from his workshop was great. Loads of information, loads of laughs, really interactive and enjoyable. The face-blowing trick was great! There was nothing to dislike about the workshops as they were brilliant and I would recommend Mad Marc to any school or party. (read more)

Lou keep the children entertained and enthralled - they particularly liked the interactive nature of the show, making their own slime and sherbert. I expected the show to be a bit more 'whizzy, bangy' than it was, and it did seem a bit on the pricey on the side given that wasn't the case. That said, it might have been because it was a party for 5 year olds - who may not have appreciated loud bangs etc. I can't fault it in terms of keeping the kids happy and entertained, which is the main... Not only did the party keep 25 5 and 6 year olds captivated. It did most of the parents too.... Lots of mums and dads have since told me what a fab time they had and what a great party it was!! Bangs and pops and making the slime all priceless and so individual. Recommend it to anyone a really fun morning. Dynamite Dave needed a wacky professors hat because that was what he was and the kids absolutely loved him. Well worth th e money! (read more)

Thank you to sublime science for an unforgettable party. My son and all his friends, boys and girls, had an amazing time. We had a wonderful sublime scientist who managed to captivate the children with fantastic experiments and fun science facts and games. I think the slime and the sherbert were particular hits with all the children and the whirl wind game they played caused great fun and excitment. Lou managed to keep their attention for over an hour. The party involved simple experiments with lots of explanation and was very visual. The cbuldren didn't lose intrest or get bored once in the full 75 minutes. I chose Sublime Science for an interesting party which would be a bit different and involve the children in activities. The presenter was great and she very gamely agreed to do the party in the garden even though it was a bit windy. She was very professional. (read more)

We had a Sublime Science Party for our son's 5th birthday. Scientist Smera captured the group's attention quickly which was no mean feat as we decided at the last minute to hold it outside as it was a hot day so she had noisy traffic and chatting parents against her. The interative element keeps the children interested and the great experiments brought losts of ooo's and ahh's from the children and parents alike. The birthday boy or girl is made to feel special by being called up to do one... (read more)

Brilliant party. Louisa "loopy lou" was fantastic with the children who loved her. Everyone got to take part, learn something and take a tub of slime home with them. My two are still talking about the smoke rings that were fired across the living room....a welcome relief from girly parties! It's not the cheapest party option but I would say it was great value for money. (read more)

Sarah was ideal as a presenter. Arrived nice and early. Very 'normal' and low key - no lab coat etc - just introduced herself as Sarah. Tom initially a bit shy (little brothers v.excited and all over her!). Tom gradually came over to look at Sarahs boxes of kit and ask questions. By the time his friends arrived he was comfortable with sarah and joined in well. Coln was good too - a little less confident with the show and the kids in general - but again this worked in our favour- wasn't too... (read more)
