I placed an order of items that exceeded £50 in my shopping basket and added a discount code that was advertised on their website. The code was accepted but for some reason the discount was not applied to my order.
I sent an e-mail to their customer services over a week ago explaining the issue and have had no response.
I was suprised to experience a complete lack of customer service and so will be taking my business elsewhere :-(
It is the worst level of customer service I have received for an online store.
