I ordered items on the 30th of December and got an email on the 2nd saying it'll arrive in 3-5 business days. The money was taken out of my account on the 3rd. Last week i still hadn't received my order so contacted them via their website. I have still had no reply so don't know where it is or if i will ever get it. Their customer service is terrible and seeing as they are a well-known company I thought they'd have good service. I am not at all impressed and when I have either received my order or refund I will be taking myself somewhere else next time!
