No response at all, & then I couldn't use local pharmacy

First time I've used them. My prescription still hadn't come several days after the requested date, so I tried to use the online tracking system. It didn't recognise my account number (1244544). Then I called Customer Support. I gave up because of long wait. Then I emailed, but after several days I had got no reply.

The last time I was without this medication for a couple of days I was taken ill and had to call an ambulance. So I gave up and took a paper prescription to my doctor the old way. When that didn't get to my local pharmacy my doctor's receptionist said once you're registered with Pharmacy2U any paper prescription will be ignored. At my request she deregistered me from Pharmacy2U, and created me a paper prescription, which my local pharmacy fulfilled in a few minutes. I won't be touching Pharmacy2U again.

I first tried to enter this review on Trustpilot, but it wanted the order number, and although the Pharmacy2U website shows I entered the order it does not show an order number.
