After waiting 8 days for a prescription my Dr had sent off I spent 3 hours on the phone to "customer services", being cut off 3 times. When I finally got through to a very miserable operator, he informed me that "oh it's in a massive backlog and won't get to you until 11th January. When I explained that I run out tomorrow and risk seizures discontinuing the medication he just said "you'll have to contact your surgery", which I already had and they had told me to contact the pharmacy. Hopeless! Had to take a day off work and spend hours waiting I. The phone or at the Drs. Still no prescription ! Ridiculous and disorganised service with very poor communication. Don't put your life in these peoples' hands!!!
