I purchased a number of items for my 86 year old aunty, of which two items I wanted to return. Their returns policy is very misleading and on trying to return these items was informed that you only have 7 days to return an item. Please read returns policy carefully. I will not be shopping with them again. (read more)

i had this problem with another company, lots websites only have 7 days returns... some are 14 days i always read the returns thing now before i order from anywhere

My daughter has recently broke her arm , I bought two cast covers from Localmobility , a adults and large childs as i didn't know her measurements the girl on the phone was very helpful and explained how i could order both and return the one with the wrong size which was very convient, I would recommend Localmobility anytime as the customer service is excellent and very helpful. The staff at Folding Mobility were ver friendly and helpful , they cam out and did a demonstartion at my home which was a big help. There was no pressure to buy and they very happy to answer any of my questions. So happy i bought from them and im very pleased with my folding luggie. (read more)

Bought my mobility scooter from Local Mobility in Leigh, they had a ridiculous amount of scooters to choose from but their staff made it easy and relaxed to choose! I was worried as i am used to being pushed towards the one that was never quite right for me but they listened and helped me choose well, they even let me try out five different scooters! The price was competitive and i liked the service on offer. all in all i would highly recommend Local Mobility, I am just annoyed i didnt go... (read more)
