I ordered goods few months ago on-line and they deducted my money from my account. The goods were never delivered , I emailed them and there was no response.
I ordered something else 11 days ago and it supposed to be dispatched within 48 hours, I called them to enquire about both of my orders, I was told that my order has been damaged in shipment. There was no apology and he said that he will refund the order - i am waiting for refund i highly doubt they will.
I enquired about my previous order, he said that the order is more than 30 days old so he can not do anything about this and can not find the order. I told him that i have emailed you via your customer support /contact page. he said that our record does not have any emails from you. He did not even paused for one second and check the emails or asked about the emails.
