Ordered on line, two weeks later, no delivery! Emailed customer service 4 times and no reply. Rang them, was on hold for 10 mins. No explanation as to where my parcel is. They took the money out of my account fast enough!!!!!!!!

I'm having the same problem. I placed my order online - 15/9/13. It's now 1 October. I rang to chase it up three times and was given excuses (damaged in transit, orders are behind etc) Even after speaking to the manager they cannot guarantee when my parcel will be delivered! I wont be ordering from them again!
