I have ordered online from Holland and Barrett in the past and orders have been delivered within 48hours. Not this last time.

Website deducted by Rewards for life Bonus but it disappeared when I went to the checkout and I was charged the full amount. Emailed asking for credit, but no response.

Order not delivered after a week although confirmatory email said aim to dispatch within 48hours. Rang and was eventually put through to a very off hand woman in customer services who said there was no guarentee goods would be dispatched within 48hours but my parcel was ready to be sent to the courier and would be another 3-5 days before it arrived. Asked whether my Rewards for Life had been deducted and she said there was no record of my email, until I quoted the customer number on it when she found it. Was told they would be credited to my card within next 3-5 days. (Still waiting for next credit cad statement to check on this).

Parcel eventually delivered. Contents too heavy for carboard box which had split. Bag of brazil nuts also split and contents spilt inside parcel.

Sent another email to customer services. No response.

Resent both emails 10 days later and still no response.

Customer Service seems to be an alien concept to them.

Will not use Holland and Barrett again and have found another internet company to try.
