I have used Boots Pharmacy for a couple of years now to receive my monthly repeat prescriptions. They also collect my prescriptions on my behalf from my local GP Surgery. Sounds simple enough...but this is Boots! There has been a very high number of occasions they have either not sent off for my prescription as instructed, sent off for only half of it or not had any in stock. Their answer to this is for me to keep popping back and forth to Boots in the hope they will have it in at some point! Sorry but this is NOT acceptable for a repeat prescription. I for one have now had enough of Boots and will no longer be using you again nor recommending your services!
