Great staff

I'm in love with Boots and it's staff. I go there a couple of times a week to get my lunch or other bits (No.7) and the staff are always brilliant.

A few weeks ago I had to go in there about a very personal medical problem (because it was a Saturday and my doctor needs to see blood before he thinks it's an emergency). Unfortunately the layout of the store isn't always the most logical so I had to ask a couple of staff for help. Of course they knew exactly where what I wanted was and were very discreet.

The next week I was back in again for my lunch and served by the same lady...My heart sunk (this was going to be embarrassing!). Except, it wasn't. I was dealt with as though I'd been in for a lip stick the week before and put completely at ease. Very professional and very discreet!
