The process of setting up the survey and paying for it was very simple, even if it seemed to have a few too many steps (someone rang, I pressed something, someone else rang, then I paid online). Sure that could be streamlined, but that said I found it painless. The online information was very straigtforward to understand as well.

When I had a query part way through the process I got a very quick and helpful response, so that's a big thumbs up.

The downside is that it took a very long time for the survey to get back. It was undertaken on the 5th November - to receive it on the 18th is pretty poor, especially when we were told 5 days!
