bought mine on a deal from a discount warehouse, first one lasted about 20 minutes of light usage then cut out and would not restart. the company exchanged it as it was only 1 day old! the second one i had worked ok for a total of 3 hours this was then put away until required next season.The chainsaw failed to start and due to repeated start attempts the recoil start failed.I stripped it only to find that the recoil mechanism was made from cheap plastic parts.I then tried to obtain spares to fix this, only to find that no spares were available.
this means that the unit is basically scrap for the want of 2 small bits of plastic DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY JCB POWER TOOLS AS WHEN THEY DEVELOP FAULTS THEY ARE SCRAP
