Firstly, this is not Japanese food

Secondly, I 100% get the whole noodle bar/canteen style thing but not for the price

Thirdly, is is expensive

It is not suitable for groups or couples or dates or families

This company is currently being sold for hundreds of millions of pounds, they are robbing you blind!
