“Disappointing”

Alright food, but terrible service. Took 30 mins to get a large pizza, not including the 10 minutes it took to actually get service, which me and my friends ate in little over 5 minutes. Then it took an hour and a half for a pudding - we complained countless times and as it turned out it was made in 2 minutes at the very end - when the chef actually took notice of our order. It wasn't even that busy. And what did I get for being delayed nearly 2 hours more than I wanted? £5 off a £30 meal after 10 minutes of talking to this guy, then the other, then the other. Really not worth it.
