Staff were terrible

We got told we had to wait 15 minutes and so did another couple behind us. A girl waitress took our names and we had a seat in the waiting area. Whilst we waited 20 minutes 3 other tables of 4 came in and they got seat straight away. I thought this was terrible customer service and I was appalled by the service. After we complained and got a seat we had to ask for cutlery and the waitress chucked them on the table, not laid out correctly like it should be for a restaurant. Then we had to get up and get our own napkins our selves which I think is terrible because I work in a restaurant myself and I would never treat my customers like that and I was appalled that we got treated like that. It was the first time I had been to the Cheshire Oaks restaurant and I wont be going back to that one again.
