rafaello's review of Pizza Express

“absolutely terrible”

Absolutely terrible

Went there with my wife for a quick meal the restaurant was empty not a lot of costumers
We had to wait ages to be seated, to order drinks, to get those drinks.
By the look at the chef who was struggling with three tables on the restaurant he wasn t having a good time and looking at his face that he was swearing all the time
Wanted to talk to the manager but she looked like she had a night of hell she was going to the ladies every 5min like she s been sick, she was dressed like a tramp surely the company has a dress code?
Any ways never again pizza express never again.

This is 100% true. Pizza Express has gone down hell. McDonalds is far better. I don't think they even have an head chef, they just keep opening new restaurants but don't know how to keep them up to standards. Shame.

i cant agree more
pizzaexpress replaced all the ingredients from olive oil, mozzarella, tuna to the salads that comes in bags with nitrogen in it to keep it fresh for longer, all thoe are cheeper and far inferior quality then the old ones, all things are frozen from dough to pasta for adults or for kids.
they display fresh tomatoes and pappers so customers will think that it all fresh but the tomatoes, the peppers, limes and lemons, the cucumber are all what is not frozen the deserts also frozen.
i think that pizza express is cheating people on the image they try to give and what the real truthful identities.
