While its lovely to watch a chef prepare it also gives you insight as to how awfull the hygiene is, small plastic pots are filled with fillings and the chef just used his fingers grabbing the food to put on the pizza. This is really unhygienic and disgusting and certainly put me off ordering pizza, why don't they use gloves like they do in more advanced countries where cleanliness is an issue ie Singapore. Please, please please try to think that we are watching and would like to see more hygienic preperation!
