My sister and I booked lunch for a Friday at the Devizes branch as she has a 'Taste Card' which gives you half price meals. We chose lunch as it the card does not cover Friday evenings or all day Saturday. When booking she stated that we'd be using the Taste Card and was told that this was fine. However, when we came to pay we were told that the card was not valid on Fridays at all!! Being British we paid up, wishing we'd gone to Weatherspoons as the food is just as good there and better value.
Having said all that,the food and service were good and the staff friendly and polite.
Information and communication is NOT good and we feel cheated.
