I visited Nando in Cardiff city centre with a teenager. I accidentally ordered the wrong meal for the teen, which ended up in the teen having a major sulk, refusing to eat the food ordered and refusing the kind offer of changing it for the correct meal.

The staff were so kind and understanding when I explained the situation and agreed instantly to put the correct meal in a take away bag as the teen wanted to leave and take the meal with her. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were brilliant.

The food was very good too and the waiter had a great sense of humour and made me laugh.

The service was really quick and the staff were a friendly bunch all round.

I would recommend anyone visiting Nando's in Cardiff to go to Bridge St Arcade St. David’s Dewi Sant, Cardiff if they want to have a good food and a positive customer service experience.
