My name is Sharon Meharg Maxfield, please see my post on Facebook. In essence, it is as follows: Less than 1/2 mile from our home, we frequent Mcdonalds at least 5 times a week. 3 out of 5 times, our order is either incorrect or burned. My husband went inside, once again, to have our order corrected. The staff was rude and accusing and the manager pretended to only speak Spanish? Where are the ETHIC's listed in your Missions and Values? Where is the customer service and being appreciative for one's business? Please see photo's on my facebook page
