Paid £2 admin to purchase a £50 Loch Fyne gift voucher. I expected the GV to arrive with a gift card and envelope. All that arrived was a voucher and advertising material. Given 1st class post is 60p, Loch Fyne have made a handsome profit on my purchase. Any high st store throw in the gift card and envelope for free. This is not what I call service. Will not bother with them again.
