Great Food Excellent service

I don't often leave reviews but every time I come away from Loch Fyne in Knutsford I am really content the food is always excellent and the staff are polite, friendly and make us feel welcome.

Whether we are their for a romantic evening meal or a child friendly lunch with family the service is always exceptional.

We have only ever had one bad meal and my husband mentioned he couldn't finish it, the chef came out immediately tasted the meal and agreed with us, they removed the item from the bill gave us free desserts and then discounted the rest of the meal by 10% for the inconvenience of not having a main meal. We left feeling confident that the meal would not be inadequate again and our comments had really been taken on board. They seemed deeply apologetic when they didn't need to be and they turned a bad meal into a good experience.

We have been back since and the food was back to the standard. They always have offers and are competitively priced and the only place we know to get fresh oysters that taste delicious.

Would recommend Loch Fyne Knutsford to anyone who enjoys sea food and good service/
